SoftwareWale is a handful of engineers building school management software, AI automation and custom business software for Indian companies. We are not an agency with a sales floor. The people who build your software are the people who reply to your WhatsApp — which is the whole reason this works.
Most people arrive here having been let down once already
The story is almost always the same. A vendor was enthusiastic before the advance and hard to reach afterwards. The person who understood the requirement was not the person who built it. Something was delivered that technically matched the brief and did not match the business. Then the support number stopped being answered.
That failure is structural, not moral. It happens when the people selling, the people building and the people supporting are three different sets of people with three different incentives. We keep the studio small specifically so they are the same people. It limits how much work we can take. That is the trade, and we think it is the right one.
It also means we say no more often than a larger firm would. If your requirement sits outside what we do well, you will hear that on the first call, before any money moves.

Scope, screen list, timeline and price. It stays fixed for that scope, and anything added later is quoted before it is built.
20% to start, 80% on delivery
No large upfront. You pay the bulk when the software is working and in your hands.
Your data is never held hostage
Students, fees, attendance, customers, invoices — exported to you in a usable format whenever you ask, including on the day you decide to leave. If you go elsewhere, we help you move rather than making it difficult.
Support on WhatsApp, from the engineers
3–12 months depending on the project, and you are messaging the people who wrote the code, not a ticket queue.
What we will not take on
A list like this is more useful than a capability list. It tells you what we would turn down even though the money would be welcome.
Work we cannot deliver well
We build school software, AI automation and custom business software. If your requirement sits outside that, we will say so on the first call rather than learn on your budget.
Websites and mobile apps as standalone projects
We used to take these on. We stopped, because doing two things properly beats doing six adequately. If an app is genuinely part of a larger system we are building, that is different.
Automation that decides about money on its own
Anything touching tax, payments or legal documents keeps a human approval step. One silent wrong number costs more than the time saved.
Rescues that should be rebuilds, and rebuilds that should be rescues
We will review what you have and tell you honestly which one you need — including when the answer is that you should stay where you are.
