For a TV repair shop, we had an obvious creative opportunity. The entire website interface is framed inside a TV screen. Every section of the website acts as a different “channel.” You switch between Home, Services, and Reviews like flipping channels with a remote. The design immediately tells the visitor what this business does — before they read a single word.

This is the kind of creative thinking that separates a ₹5,000 template from a website that actually makes people remember your business. And it does not require a massive budget — it requires understanding what the business does and designing around that identity.

Showing Real Proof of Work

Customers are skeptical — especially when a repair shop says they can fix something an authorised service centre could not. The best way to handle that skepticism is to show actual results.

We built an interactive before-and-after slider into the website. Customers can drag a handle to visually compare a broken TV screen with the fully repaired result. No stock photos — real results from the workshop.

Making Contact Effortless

We placed a direct WhatsApp button as the primary action on every page. Alongside that, integrated Google Maps so customers can find the shop in two taps. The site is fully mobile-optimised — because most local search happens on phones.

Using Social Proof the Right Way

Om Electronics had an incredible asset that was going unused — 700+ verified Google reviews with a 4.9-star rating. Most local businesses have good reviews but never put them on their website.

We embedded the review data directly into the website as one of the TV “channels.” When a visitor switches to the Reviews channel, they see the rating and a prompt to check the reviews on Google Maps themselves. This is more trustworthy than copying review text onto a website — because anyone can write fake testimonials, but nobody can fake a 4.9 rating on 700+ Google reviews.

If your business has good Google reviews, bring that rating onto your website. Do not hide your strongest selling point on a platform most visitors never check.
